Our staff is always ready to help you with scheduling, insurance or anything else you may need during your time with us. We will take extra care to listen to your concerns, answer all your questions and thoroughly explain your condition and treatment options. If at any time you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we ask for a 24 hour courtesy cancellation notice. Lake Wylie Family Dentistry is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. We will be glad to reschedule your appointment at a more favorable time. We greatly appreciate your time and consideration and look forward to seeing you.

New patient forms:
If you have made your initial appointment, we ask that you preregister by logging into our patient portal to complete the necessary forms online. Doing this prior to your arrival will speed up the new patient registration process. If you are unable to complete these forms prior to your appointment we ask that you arrive 20 minutes earlier than your scheduled time to with the clinical staff.
